Silas made our overall experience at the dealership so calm and relaxed. Especially having just experienced a car accident and not being prepared to have to purchase another vehicle so soon. We really app calm and relaxed. Especially having just experienced a car accident and not being prepared to have to purchase another vehicle so soon. We really appreciated how he truly listened to our wants and needs. This was my 3rd experience purchasing a car from a dealership and by far the best one yet! Silas also recorded a video showing the exterior and interior of the vehicle we were planning to test drive prior to our arrival at the dealership. I felt that this was a very personal and kind touch on the entire experience. He frequently checked in with my husband and I as we waited to meet with the financial specialist to finalize everything. If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle and want a calm/relaxed salesperson who will also truly listen to your wants and needs then I HIGHLY recommend Silas at Wilde East Honda in Madison! More
