It was fantastic working with Jon, who felt more like our personal advocate than a salesperson. He made the car buying process very comfortable, even fun! He was very knowledgeable and was eager to find any information he didn't know off hand. Even after the purchase, Jon was quick to follow up and make sure that all our questions were answered. We thought that wrangling our three young kids at the dealership would be a challenge, but with the test driving, computers, fish tank, snacks, and friendly staff, even the kids had a good time. It would have been hard to get them to leave if they weren’t so excited about our new van. Fun indoor family activities outside our home have been scarce during the pandemic, so I'd consider taking my family back there just for fun if it didn't involve purchasing a vehicle each time. At least I have my next oil change to look forward to! We love our new-to-us Odyssey and love even more that we got it at a fair price and with a great experience. More
