Lucky for me, they provide excellent, responsive service and reasonable prices. I have always had a great experience and want to especially note how helpful Eric Montano has been. Unlike my experience with a previous car (different brand) and a dealership down the road from Courtesy, I never feel like I'm being suckered into expensive and unnecessary repairs when I bring the car in for a simple oil change. That sense of being treated fairly has made me a very loyal customer. More
