My visit at Courtesy Chevrolet was great, Erik Montano took every step possible to get all the issues my vehicle was having fixed. Our family has been going to Courtesy for years for sales and service. Eric has been our service advisor through several vehicles - my mother's, mine, and now my daughter's. He is very friendly, knowledgeabl and service. Eric has been our service advisor through several vehicles - my mother's, mine, and now my daughter's. Once again, I would like to thank my service consultant, Mr. Erik Montano and all of the members of the Courtesy Chevrolet service team for the time and efforts that were devoted in repairing the starting Mr. Erik Montano and all of the members of the Courtesy Chevrolet service team for the time and efforts that were devoted in repairing the starting issue with my vehicle. The technician, Mr. Bill Moore, could not have been any more professional in the expedition and manner of how the repairs were made and Erik was "spot on" in keeping me informed as to the progress throughout the repair process. This is why I will only bring my family's 3 GM vehicles to Courtesy Chevrolet for all of their service needs. Their name says it all-"COURTESY" and it shows through their service department in the timely manner in which repairs are performed and the fair price that you pay for this outstanding service!!!!
