Audi Dallas damaged my car while it was there for routine maintenance. I got a call from my advisor about "an incident". Apparently a technician hit a post! and the damage was to the passenger side bumper. I maintenance. I got a call from my advisor about "an incident". Apparently a technician hit a post! and the damage was to the passenger side bumper. I made multiple attempts to speak to the service director - left messages for a week without even a call back. The only call I got was from my service advisor - when the car was ready. Every time i spoke to him about having a manager call me, he would transfer me to their voicemail. And I never got a call back. No one at Audi ever apologized for the incident. They did fix the damage but I was appalled about the lack of basic decency. More

Eric has been great to work with. I was near the completion of my warranty and he got my car into service quickly on a few things that needed to be serviced. He went above and beyond and put me in completion of my warranty and he got my car into service quickly on a few things that needed to be serviced. He went above and beyond and put me in touch with the head mechanic. The were able to diagnose the issue before my warranty was up. Very appreciative. More
