Erika Hodge delivers par excellence I recently visited Heritage just to look at the 2018 Camry but because of Erika Hodge I drove out with my brand new car. Erika aims to please and goes beyond her duties to satisfy your needs. She sold me a car in 2015 when she first came on board n my husband N I were amazed by her youth. Knowledge and desire to get you what you needed and more. Needless to say that at the end of 2017 she worked her magic and expertise once again. I am now driving one of the prettiest Camrys ever., a 2018 Camry XL - brown n gorgeous. Kudos to Erika...She’s The Best!! More

No Patience. I recently purchased a 2018 sienna from another much more pleasant dealer. I tried purchasing a van from Ms. Hodges and did not have a pleasant experi I recently purchased a 2018 sienna from another much more pleasant dealer. I tried purchasing a van from Ms. Hodges and did not have a pleasant experience. Her tactic is to get you to visit with vague promises of cutting you a deal and when you show up she immediately gives you a take it or leave it price. If that doesn’t work, then she will try talking you out of your desired car features to fit you into what she has in stock. When asked about price matching, she says they will beat the price but when presented a quote, her quote is higher than the competing dealer (for a car with a lower MSRP). If you question that, she responds with accusations. In other words, her customer service skills are lacking. If you want to be talked into a car or you are willing to take their advertised price without shopping around, I’m sure Ms. Hodge will do an adequate job. Otherwise, I would stear clear of Ms. Hodge and Heritage Toyota of Owings Mills. More

Service Visit turned into the best experience Months ago I brought in my older Camry for some routine service. I was long overdue for a newer model, but vowed to "ride it till the wheels fell off" Months ago I brought in my older Camry for some routine service. I was long overdue for a newer model, but vowed to "ride it till the wheels fell off". Dan (not sure if he was in service or sales) struck up a conversation with me and convinced me to check out the newer models while I waited. While wandering around the sales floor, Erika came over and introduced herself while proceeding to tell me about the Camry I was looking at. To this day I'm not sure how she did it, but I drove away in my brand new Camry XLE that evening. I love everything about this car. Thank you Erika for helping an old stubborn mule like myself. More

Amazing experience!! I came in with my wife looking to trade in my old avenger and upgrade to one of the new scions. Unfortunately circumstances beyond my control didn't allow me to leave with my dream car, but I couldn't have had a better experience.
