Al Smith answered all my questions about the car and about payment options. He made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Al Smith represents Toyota well. He is an asset to the organization. Erin H set up my initial meeting with Al. She was very helpful and pleasant. She made sure I was taken care of.
