The dealership is rated lower because it was advertised that they deliver the car, but the manager on duty that day would not deliver the car to us in Mountain View. Dirito, what you promise online you sho that they deliver the car, but the manager on duty that day would not deliver the car to us in Mountain View. Dirito, what you promise online you should be able to deliver on! 1 star for the manager who wouldn’t deliver! We had to spend 3.5 hours of our day to drive out to Walnut Creek after spending an hour working on things at home for the Internet order. After getting there having made the appointment to pick it up, the car we ordered was not ready and the car chargers were not working to charge our egolf, even though we were told it would all be ready. Thankfully Nanika was able to figure out our situation and take care of us quickly and efficiently and helping out the sales guy who was assigned to help us but could not figure out what was promised to us. She gets 5 stars from us for taking care of getting the car ready. Erin the finance manager we worked with was also great - 5 stars to her as well. More

I had a terrific experience from finding the vehicle online to dealing directly with the dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable, never pushy and seemed to really care and helped me to get a great de online to dealing directly with the dealership. There was a little damage on the car and they fixed it, offered a warranty that was affordable and gave me peace of mind. This was my fourth purchase from Dirito Bros and I highly recommend them.
