So back in December, I brought my car in to get it serviced and also get a detailed. Prior to bringing my car in for service, my USB port was working. Once I picked up my car, it has never worked sinc serviced and also get a detailed. Prior to bringing my car in for service, my USB port was working. Once I picked up my car, it has never worked since. Not only that a couple of weeks ago I brought my car in to have them test and see if there’s anything wrong with my USB port and the service advisor told me there’s nothing wrong with it not only that she actually got a little mouthy when I dropped off my vehicle. She claims she had someone in service test the USB port and said that their cord worked. But I bought a new USB cord and it doesn’t work still. Needless to say I will never be bringing my car back to that dealership ever again! More
