Erin was the only positive part of this experience. She was extremely nice, professional and friendly while she explained to me why wheel and tire warranty policy I purchased from them was not being ho She was extremely nice, professional and friendly while she explained to me why wheel and tire warranty policy I purchased from them was not being honored any longer by VW or NPI. The attempt to sell me a replacement wheel that should have been covered under said warranty but with a $200 mark up was also not appreciated. I had reached out to the GM to better understand why and how we got to this place, but I haven’t received a return call as of yet. After a 20+ year relationship with the dealership, I’ll look into a more trustworthy option from now on. More
