After extensive research and reading reviews on the 2017 CR/V for the last six months, it took Amber one afternoon to convince a change to the 2017 RAV4 Hybrid, icing on the cake was the 0% APR for 72 month. The numbers presented to me that I agreed and shook my hand on is exactly the same number shown on my first car loan statement. Erinson made the Finance part very simple and straight forward, not pressuring on extended coverages was a huge plus. Not going to say I got the best deal out of this dealership, since I didn't do my homework and compare prices from different dealerships (did that for the CR-V instead). I'm however hoping the after sales customer service will make up for the difference. More

They answered all the questions I had regarding the vehicle I wanted to buy and provided documents to show that what they were saying was in fact accurate. When I went to pick up my "new" car, I couldn't get the screws off the back license plate of my old car (because they were rusted on). I called Rudy Walker who was the salesman I dealt with, and he said to bring the car in and he would take care of it for me which he did. I finalized the deal with Erinson Duran and when I was ready to drive my "new" car off the lot, Rudy Walker offered to drive my old car with dealers plates to my home. He even arranged for another salesman to follow him so he could get back to the dealership...that really blew me away. So, if you want great service and the lowest price, I highly recommend Advantage Toyota. More

Simply amazing This was the first time I had ever purchased a car and to top it off I was by myself! I called ahead to look into one car I liked online and spoke wit This was the first time I had ever purchased a car and to top it off I was by myself! I called ahead to look into one car I liked online and spoke with a man named Audi. He was extremely kind and even had the car running for me when I drove up! After we spoke for a bit he convinced me to look into a different car which in all honesty was not what I had intended. However, after listening to his advice and negotiating the price ( unlike the last dealer I had went who treated me like a child) we settled on the newer vehicle at an affordable price. The transferring of the insurance was a breeze as well. But if I am being truthful my favorite person there who helped me more then anything was Erinson Duran the finance manager. He spent hours going over numbers and working with the banks to get the best rate for me that was possible! He listened to my worries and stress with a friendly attitudeand welcoming personality . Never once condescending like the other dealership. I loved my visit and live my Rav4!! More
