Simply amazing This was the first time I had ever purchased a car and to top it off I was by myself! I called ahead to look into one car I liked online and spoke wit This was the first time I had ever purchased a car and to top it off I was by myself! I called ahead to look into one car I liked online and spoke with a man named Audi. He was extremely kind and even had the car running for me when I drove up! After we spoke for a bit he convinced me to look into a different car which in all honesty was not what I had intended. However, after listening to his advice and negotiating the price ( unlike the last dealer I had went who treated me like a child) we settled on the newer vehicle at an affordable price. The transferring of the insurance was a breeze as well. But if I am being truthful my favorite person there who helped me more then anything was Erinson Duran the finance manager. He spent hours going over numbers and working with the banks to get the best rate for me that was possible! He listened to my worries and stress with a friendly attitudeand welcoming personality . Never once condescending like the other dealership. I loved my visit and live my Rav4!! More

I went to the dealer early in the morning to lease a car and since it is my first time owning a car they made the experience easy and were very attent I went to the dealer early in the morning to lease a car and since it is my first time owning a car they made the experience easy and were very attentive. Everyone was so friendly and provided me with thorough information upon arrival. I’ve never experience such great customer service. There were plenty of seats and tables as well as coffee and tea for guests waiting. I walked out hours later but that’s because of the process of buying/leasing a car. They took care of everything and I walked out very satisfied and loving my brand new car! Thank you. By the way, another person helped me but his name isn’t listed down below. More

Overall good experience, drove new car home same day. The service was good as I was only looking at used cars but ended up finding a new car in the same make for not too much more. The only part of the experience I was not happy with was Erinson would not set me up with a 0% loan nor anything approaching a 2.2% new car loan that I could have gotten from my credit union. They claimed only certain models had 0% available. More

Purchased RAV4 I was in need of a new car. I visited Nissan since my first car was a Nissan but the customer service wasn't good at all. I was told to try Toyota s I was in need of a new car. I visited Nissan since my first car was a Nissan but the customer service wasn't good at all. I was told to try Toyota so I called Advantage Toyota and Eddie answered the phone - great thing he did. His energ was amazing which forced me to pay him a visit. I made a appointment or 10:30am. He followed up the day before. I get there and was greeted nicely. He was super busy and he passed me along to Aramis who was patient and detailed in showing me two models. We test drove both. I made the purchase and was passed to Erinson - another star for the day. He was also nice and pleasant and patient. Overall these guys were super busy that day and in no moment did they show that. This place is a true meaning of TEAM Work. They all worked together to go above and beyond in service. I am thankful and grateful that Eddie answered the phone that day. This was a huge deal for me since it was my first purchase alone and I did it with their amazing knowledge and love for what they do. Once again Thank you! More

Rudy was phenomenal in that he actually listened to my needs and did everything he could to find a vehicle that best fit those requirements without selling me what I don't want. Rudy was a candid man and made me feel comfortable not having to deal with any sales talk or tactics. He was patient during my selection and pricing process. I truly felt that Rudy invested his time with me as a valuable customer rather than someone to just make money off of. Rudy was also helpful post-sales with follow up calls - he even proved knowledgeable about the Sienna emergency kit when I couldn't locate the wheel lock key. Rudy was the reason I chose to lease with Advantage Toyota. I highly recommend Rudy Walker if you go to this dealership. More
