I believe it was Ernest who "helped" me at service, I wish i would have gotten his name. When I made the appointment I requested that it was pick up and drop off and I lived in Rutherford, the woman told wish i would have gotten his name. When I made the appointment I requested that it was pick up and drop off and I lived in Rutherford, the woman told me no problem. When I got there and told the man at the desk his 1st answer was "no" when I told him he tried to tell me I lived a half hour away - which is really a 10 min drive, with hitting lights. Then he said ok fine - with major attitude. I explain to the boy that drove me home that I requested this when I made the appointment. I have a toddler and need to use my own car - which is my own gas and wear and tear. When the car was ready they called me a told me car was ready and to come get it. I explained again that I needed to be picked up that I had no way to get there. And was told NO - no one would be available for over an hour since I was over a half hour away. My car ended up being "delivered" to my house since it was soo late - 20 min later. (after they were going to send the shuttle for me - when I remninded them that I needed my car which had the car seat) Very disappointed as the last time I brought my car in for service - it was an amazing experience and wished I had dealt with the same people as this time. More
