After having a poor experience with Rick Case Kia, we decided to try Hollywood Kia which we had to drive twice as far to get to. Ernesto was very helpful and went out of his way to complete the sale ev decided to try Hollywood Kia which we had to drive twice as far to get to. Ernesto was very helpful and went out of his way to complete the sale even though he was off the next day and had left work only to come back. He was very attentive and followed through with the details of Kia Connect and making sure my wife and I knew how to operate safely. Very positive and energetic salesman to be sure that we were satisfied in the end. I would recommend Hollywood Kia and Ernesto to my friends and family. The trip to get to Hollywood Kia was well worth the longer drive. More

I wanna give her a nest of 5 stars for the following reason. What happened? Was I traded in my old Kia to purchase a new one and in the dealer? And I were off by a few $1000. We went back-and-forth se reason. What happened? Was I traded in my old Kia to purchase a new one and in the dealer? And I were off by a few $1000. We went back-and-forth several times 8 time.I would send Ernesto back to management to give my offer.And then he would come back to give the counteroffer , even though i sent\n Him several times he never complained. At the end, they agreed to the price that I originally offered. Then once the sale was made i'm a moron when it comes to gadgets. Ernesto was very patient and gave me a full tutorial on everything including cruise control and he also helped pair my cellphone.So I would have the Bluetooth with the with the phone. Bottom line, he was very efficient. More
