Bought a 2020 suv and the tire went flat every few days. I took it in to get patched and it turns out whoever put the prior patch on the tire did not seal it properly and to top it off a non approved Dept o I took it in to get patched and it turns out whoever put the prior patch on the tire did not seal it properly and to top it off a non approved Dept of Transportation patch was used. The tire guy said this negligence could have caused a serious accident. I was forced to get a new $200 tire and Auto Max could not explain to me how a car could sit on their lot, get driven around, go through inspection, and get sold with this major problem overlooked over and over again. I did not expect to pay $200 for something to be fixed on a brand new car just driven off the lot less than one month ago and I don't feel like I should have . Managers at Auto Max are not helping me make this matter better so I will be telling others of my experience with Auto Max. More
