We decided to buy my step daughter her first car. We actually went to two dealerships before Automax. At the first one we weren’t even acknowledged. At the second, they had hardly any cars under 20k (we actually went to two dealerships before Automax. At the first one we weren’t even acknowledged. At the second, they had hardly any cars under 20k (we weren’t going to spend more than 10k on a 16year old’s first car). When we got to Automax they were actually closing but the sales rep talked to us for a minute and found out what we were looking for. It turned out he had exactly what she wanted in the back. So we scheduled a test drive the next day and fell in love. The sales man was very friendly and not pushy at all. We told them we were already working with a loan officer at the bank and they gave us all the paper work we needed and we completed everything with the bank the next day. Came back with my step daughter and the car was ready and we signed some papers and left. The most painless car transaction I’ve ever had. They have a great variety of cars in all price ranges and they don’t seem to judge you based on how much you are willing to spend. More
