I was curious about seeing what other offers were available from other dealerships, just to put my mind at ease. He gave me warnings about what other dealerships would say and do and was completely right. At the end of the day, If I ever need a car I would rather deal with no one else. The man helping me Ernesto is very care free and once a vehicle is sold he has no further interest in solving problems pertaining to the vehicle. Another man last name Simmons calls me being very aggressiv vehicle is sold he has no further interest in solving problems pertaining to the vehicle. Another man last name Simmons calls me being very aggressive about trying to reach me for multiple occasions which is false mind you and has an attitude after calling and immediately yelling. Has the audacity to ask what I want to do about it so in short very unpleasant experience overall and would never recommend this business and look forward to the moment the doors close for good. Very happy with purchase experience with John Thornton Chevrolet ... only hold back with them and reason for 4 Star rating is 1) allowed mileage to change mind woefully inadequate (150 miles) ... could no Chevrolet ... only hold back with them and reason for 4 Star rating is 1) allowed mileage to change mind woefully inadequate (150 miles) ... could not go home and return if I had reason to and 2) did not recognize floor mats missing until I go home and they did not provide or make them available when I called them.
