The experience with Toyota Claremont was initiated with your receptionist from the very start she was nice polite and professional our sales person came right out and actually took excellent care of us Ces your receptionist from the very start she was nice polite and professional our sales person came right out and actually took excellent care of us Cesar helped us understand what we needed to do was very knowledgeable and helped us move through the process of buying a vehicle without any big hiccups I appreciate that. Overall our experience at Claremont Hotel was pleasant my only complaint would be I think I understand but I think I didn’t appreciate having to run my credit when I already bring in a check to buy understand why because of the checks and balances however that makes a person feel like the trust you don’t have trust for now and what they bring it in it’s counterfeit I personally I did not appreciate that other than that everything was fine. More
