However, due to multiple examples of declining customer service (e.g., long time service advisors leaving the company), I decided to give Southern Hyundai a try. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received at Southern. I was able to schedule a car service appointment online at Southern Hyundai for next day service. Final price was less than the online estimate. The service advisor (Chris House) was courteous and knowledgeable. The dealership service area was immaculate. My vehicle was ready when promised. I am a Hampton resident, but the quality of service at Southern Hyundai was worth the extra drive. More

Very difficult to deal with finance department! !! They owed me money on an unwanted extended warranty. It took EIGHT MONTHS to apply it to my loan as the amount collected interest. Then they did !! Then they didn't reimburse me for the sales tax I paid on the product I never used. It's a little over $100, but how absolutely SHADY. More
