Roger, Carl and the other service staff I encountered were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expen were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expensive, but it was less than expected and the level of service far surpassed my expectations. I'm really glad to have such a great Toyota service dept. here in Santa fe! Oh, and Ernie got me to and from my home as quick as can be-- 5 star service all around! More

I really like the fact that they will ferry you from and to the dealership, so you don’t have to wait around or find a friend to help you. And the van drivers are great.
