Was told my battery needed to be ordered. Called someone for ride. A worker went to my car told him I was leaving my car he rudely told me he had gone to main shop to get the battery, told hi Called someone for ride. Went to speak to the person that misinformed me, he spoke with coworker told me to cancel my ride my car would be ready in 5 minutes. The rude worker put battery would not start came and told me it was not the battery it was something else. Ask if he put clutch all the way down he tried again and it started. They totally stressed me . Lack of knowledge and customer service. More

Roger, Carl and the other service staff I encountered were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expen were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable-- I was nervous to take my RAV4 to the dealership for service because I thought it would be too expensive, but it was less than expected and the level of service far surpassed my expectations.
