When there was a delay in getting some after-Factory parts in (therefore pushing back our pickup date) Ernie was considerate of our time and holiday schedule by keeping us informed and up-to-date. When paperwork time came, Colton was so informative and patient with our questions in the process. We never felt uncomfortable or uninformed throughout the entire test-driving/buying process.
