An incredible dealership experience! I wish every automobile purchase was this amazing. I worked with Ernie Masche to purchase a new 2017 VW Alltrack over the course of a few weeks and he I wish every automobile purchase was this amazing. I worked with Ernie Masche to purchase a new 2017 VW Alltrack over the course of a few weeks and he was an absolute gentleman the whole time. I am from PA and the dealership was in NC so there was some distance between us and transportation concerns to work out. Ernie was responsive and courteous throughout the whole process. He and the team were honest and up front about everything. The first car that I had selected was unfortunately damaged during a hurricane while awaiting transport, but Ernie worked to find a replacement vehicle diligently. I flew down to Charlotte and he recommended a shuttle service to Hickory. He picked me up at the Hickory airport with my new Alltrack and we drove back to the dealership to finish the transactions. The deal was amazing, the process simple and fast. I would do this all over again when my wife starts looking for her next vehicle! Thanks again to the kind folks at Paramount! More
