The car almost sold itself I drove through the parking lot just to "what they had" and of course Ernie went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for, a 2016 GTI, I drove through the parking lot just to "what they had" and of course Ernie went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for, a 2016 GTI, not red, with a sunroof. I was expecting the standard test drive that I normally got at Kia and other facilities, basically, around the block. Not Ernie, he took me, I think, all the way to Georgia and maybe a bit further. None the less, it was far enough for me to fall in love with the car. I was scheduled to pick up the car on Tuesday. There seemed to be a little miscommunication with the service department on getting my car ready, but I was was still able to pick the car up as promised. I never imagined buying a car from a big dealership like this. Even though I was pre-approved with my bank, they finance dept still attempted to get me a better rate. Thanks so much for all you did to help this purchase. More
