Ernie was great to work with from the first phone introduction to signing the paperwork. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process. Ben explained all of the available warranty/care options and financing through VW was a quick and easy. Delivery went great! The car was spotless and ready to go. Ernie did an initial walk around with me, then went over all of the buttons, menus, and key features until I was comfortable with the car before leaving. Excellent experience!! More

I did not purchase a vehicle make that this dealership specializes in. The salesman seamed to have educated himself about the vehicle prior to my arrival. I did not not look at the vehicle long before the salesman came out to talk with me about the vehicle. The test drive was good. We drove in different locations. Me trade in was looked at while we did the test drive. They team members help me to get the best deal possible. They explained all the finances as we made a deal. Once a deal was made, they had the vehicle cleaned and fueled completely. You do not find may dealers that will fill our fuel tank completely after the deal is made. Over all the experience was amazing. I do not purchase a vehicles often so to have the sales team treat me as if I were the only person there was great. More
