Wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle - but we did! This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle from a major dealership. All of our other vehicles have been "New to us" with no less than 30, This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle from a major dealership. All of our other vehicles have been "New to us" with no less than 30,000 miles already on the engine. We went with all intentions of only test driving a VW Touareg and a VW Tiguan to determine which vehicle we would like to purchase later in January. After driving the two, we walked by the Volvo's and decided to ask Ernie about those. After he gave us the run down on the Volvo XC60 T5, we decided to take a test drive and that's all she wrote. After driving that car we fell in love and couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase before year end. With all the great deals Volvo had going on plus our amazing salesman, Ernie Masche, there's no way we were going to leave there without a new car. It was the easiest and quickest process we've ever been through and we will defiantly bring our business to Paramount Volvo of Hickory, NC in the future!
