Thank God for Ernie Perez! Our vehicle was in Yark Collision repair for 4 months. Insurance only covered 45 days (rental) . Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the rema Our vehicle was in Yark Collision repair for 4 months. Insurance only covered 45 days (rental) . Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the remainder. The Collision Ctr was not easy to deal with. Over promising and under delivering. Very poor communication. Went to pick the car up today finally. It was filthy,tools were left in the back seat, empty gas tank. I would be embarrassed to return a vehicle back to a customer in this condition. Especially after 4 months. Ernie offered to have the car cleaned up and gassed up. He is the best sales associate we have ever met and that is why we will continue to use him for our vehicle leases/purchases. Yark is lucky to have him! More

My truck was towed to your dealership and was left for repairs. I live three hours away in Indiana. Needed service. 6 days. 8 messages no return call took my Jeep to Thayer bg my vehicle under warranty. Stranded in Louisville Owned 4months. Scheduled and appointment on Tuesday last week for work on ram diesel for Saturday. Was told someone would call but never got call and when I showed up they could not work on car because no diesel mechani on ram diesel for Saturday. I tried calling service managers and GM of yark and they did not respond at all. If you want good customer service the advisor is good but management needs work. I will not be going back or recommending yark to anyone. More
