Absolutely. ... Do not do business with these people. They are rude, condescending and they will not listen to the experience I had with their service department. ... They told me that because I was upset with the way they handled the service and the horrendous charge they gave me on a warrantied vehicle, they do not want me as a customer. You have to bend over and take it from them, then you can be welcomed in to be a customer. More

Have had the worry free maintenance that is supposed to cover tire rotation, oil and filters. The last 3 times I have taken my car in they haven't done the tire rotation. I have had other issues with my ca cover tire rotation, oil and filters. The last 3 times I have taken my car in they haven't done the tire rotation. I have had other issues with my car and have spoken to them about it, all they want to do is charge me over $1000 to fix so called other issues. I will NEVER go back there. They over charge and don't deliver. More

Let me tell you about my experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection t Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection to get the vehicle licensed and registered so I took it back in August when they finally realized what needed to be done, while there I had an oil change done as well and they scratched the rear 1/4 panel so they said they would fix it, and it came back with the color not correct and it stands out to me and others. They have told me several times they would make an appointment and have it fixed. I went into the service department and was promised it would be taken care of and they would contact me once the appointment was set. Still to this day it hasn't been taken care of. I had to have them put in a new battery 6 months ago and now having issues with the vehicle starting, I CAN'T get ahold of anyone to assist me since it comes with the Lifetime Warranty (not worth it if they won't answer their phone or return VM). Then I get a phone call from the sales department wanting to know if they can help. I am at this point furious and frustrated with the whole situation. More

I knew what I wanted when I went in, told them I was either leaving with it or nothing and they did not try to force something I did not want on me. Was pretty much in and out within 2 hours. Found an awesome vehicle here. Didn’t but it because they tried tacking on an extra 2000$. 1000$ for a maintenance fee. When you buy a used car from them you pay for the maintenance that is done on it. they tried tacking on an extra 2000$. 1000$ for a maintenance fee. When you buy a used car from them you pay for the maintenance that is done on it. So basically they get paid twice for maintenance, they take it when someone trades in vehicle, then try getting it out off the buyer. Also I had my own financing and would not go through them so that was another 1000$. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy or anyone else! I don’t like BS when buying a vehicle! I actually ending up buying from Ken Garff Riverdale and they were great. No hidden fees! no hidden anything, no pressure at all! More

Went in was shown two cars that met our criteria. The price was fair $18,500 I really liked the one and so far only 20 minutes in. Good start I thought. Then... after being stuck there for 5-6hours mostl price was fair $18,500 I really liked the one and so far only 20 minutes in. Good start I thought. Then... after being stuck there for 5-6hours mostly staring at the floor and comforting my hungry children you are ready to sign anything, they count on this. The price was $18,500 I offered $3,000 down (don’t do that here) they absorbed that into a fee that conveniently was exactly $3,000 (service agreement that they said was included and I didn’t ask for or want but once they said it was included I said what the heck. In the end with all the fees and added cost the price was $26,000!!! An $8,000 mark up which because you are just clicking buttons (esignitures) and they are clicking through the pages I didn’t even realize how much was being added to the cost. To late now as there is no return policy and I haven’t even brought the car home yet as it needed some maintenance. I understand they have fees and some of that was taxes. They have to get paid but $8000? Off a $18500 car? That’s a 43% increase over the cost of the car And I just signed like an idiot wanting to get my kids fed and after being held there in finance for 5hrs. I’m beyond pissed and am headed to the BBB It is sad as we are currently in a lease from there and thought perhaps customer loyalty meant something. DON’T BUY HERE More
