Do not buy any cars from this dealership First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come do First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come down and go over my preapproval. Which I had no clue what they were talking about because I already signed the deal and all the paperwork the first time. Then they come at me saying the bank that was lending me the loan wanted more . They nearly doubled my monthly payment. I was literally paying for a new car rather than the used one I bought. Plus the finance representative filled out my contract incorrectly stating that I was buying a new car rather than the used one. I ended up returning the car and the finance manager had an attitude. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP, they will lie to you and do whatever it takes to get you sign and later in come at you with a deal that is not what you signed up for. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else More

Great experience just one issue! Friendly and comfortable!! just wish they were more helpful making customers understanding explaining there options before purchasing vehicle. ( espec Friendly and comfortable!! just wish they were more helpful making customers understanding explaining there options before purchasing vehicle. ( especially to new buyers!) I was hoping to get gap insurance wasnt sure if went through my insurance or when buying when i asked it was to late ive gone to other dealership they explain to what kind of package your purchasing. Next time i know better but it really help for u guys to explain more about stuff like this were to busy and happy especially when purchasing a vehicle and been at the dealership all day u just want to go home and eat. More

Great sales team at Sands.. Erwin Dacancy and Thomas Hughes I stopped in to the dealership the other day just to look at trucks, I was not really ready to buy. But I bumped into Erwin D. who quickly was willing I stopped in to the dealership the other day just to look at trucks, I was not really ready to buy. But I bumped into Erwin D. who quickly was willing to take me around the lot and show me vehicle after vehicle and not in a pushy matter. As a so-called famous pilot (http://LightSportMan.com) I dont like pushy salesman or salesman not knowing the details of the trucks, loans etc.. Yep then one of the trucks got my eye and then I met with Thomas Hughes who also talk to me about the truck, my trade-in and talk to me about my financing. again NOT PUSHY at all... we talked for a long time and I did not feel pushy into a deal at anytime.... both of them were great and should give classes to others salesman's on how to close a deal without pushing your client... After making the deal Thomas talked to me a few times about stuff on the truck.. funny most of the time salesman dont talk to you after the sale is dont but NOT Erwin or Thomas is about two weeks now and the support keeps coming... I am telling everyone to goto them!! More

They were patient as we found what worked for our family. I appreciated that they were patient with us and took the time to find us exactly what we wanted even when we were indecisive.
