I reached out online in the evening about a vehicle. Estevan Rosas from the Internet Sales Team responded quickly. He was vigilant in responding to any questions that my grandson and I had about the Estevan Rosas from the Internet Sales Team responded quickly. He sent a video to show us the exterior of the vehicle but said the interior had to have some work done on it. He went over details of the car fax report with my grandson before I came in to the dealership, and for any questions we had for him, he responded quickly. By the time I came into the dealership, I felt comfortable with Estevan. He was friendly and informative and willingly answered any questions that I posed to him. He is a very selfless, kind, and a genuine person and I would always recommend him to any of my friends! When I was in front of Ayad Jafferi in the Finance Dept, he was informative, friendly and shared in details all the documents that I was asked to sign. I enjoyed his professional informative approach, friendly and kindly demeanor. The whole experience was very good! I am happy that I now know Estevan and Ayad and consider them my friends.
