When I purchased my first ES, I did not know how distinguished Lexus ownership would be. From the initial contact in 2007 through today, I have received excellent service; timely follow-up, respect and consideration for my time from knowledgeable sales and service team members and of course a high quality luxury vehicle that has never failed me. I went in for test-drives to other Lexus dealerships, and spoken to multiple sales associates, including more than one at the Schaumburg location. Eugene was the first one to not prioritize the price. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Eugene was very professional, well educated on the type of car we were interested in purchasing and a no pressure salesman. Then continuing on with the awesome experience, we met with Caryn Szoldatitis in the finance department. Caryn was also very professional even when there were computer system issues, which made our finalizing the deal a little more lengthy but we laughed our way through it. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. The experience was such a change from the norm and very much unexpected.
