I had to have my Sprinter towed in from another state and Evan was just wonderful to work with. I scheduled my Winnebago View for maintenance at Mercedes-Benz of Salem, let them know I had some error codes and maintenance items that needed attention. I showed up at 7am they had everything I needed done written out on a work ticket, they walked through it with me, and I left. Evan called me back to ask a couple of follow up question later in the day. They were done with it around 1pm. Everything was smooth and very well done! All the team I spoke to were all on the same page. Very well executed and from a customer expectation beyond what I expected. Thank you! More
