We found ourselves disabled on the roadside five hours from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us e from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us excellent assistance. And even though we waited 3.5 hours for the tow truck, the care we got with after hours drop off and expedited service to get us back on the road was very much appreciated. Especially considering the truly sketchy cell service, dropped call after dropped call, on our end. More

Service was profesional as you would expect from Mercedes. We were given a loaner to use while the service was being completed. My only suggestion, given that my wife and I are 69 years old, they in Mercedes. We were given a loaner to use while the service was being completed. The service writer kept us up to date during our wait. More

People always make a difference, MB of Salem are always fantastic, They go above and beyond, for example they put my front facing lic plate on after the service was done and i arrived back at lunch and my fantastic, They go above and beyond, for example they put my front facing lic plate on after the service was done and i arrived back at lunch and my service guy put down his lunch and installed my plate.
