The dealership itself is immaculate, professionally presented, and clearly reflects a culture of pride and attention to detail. Even the valet operation impressed me. The team moved vehicles with remarkable efficiency, including expediting the movement of a vehicle from the showroom so I could take it for a test drive. It was a small detail, but it demonstrated a strong focus on the customer. Phillip was exceptional throughout the vehicle selection process. His knowledge of the vehicle specifications was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions without hesitation. More importantly, he was professional and genuinely “no-pressure”, allowing me to evaluate the vehicle and make my own decision. That approach made a significant difference. Trent was instrumental in navigating the logistics surrounding my existing lease trade-in. He worked through the details of turning in the lease, helped identify residual money that could be applied toward my purchase, and even assisted with the complexities of getting the vehicle registered at my out-of-state residence. He made what could have been a complicated process feel remarkably straightforward. Finally, Eric did an excellent job explaining the financial side of the transaction. He clearly walked me through the available protection and cost-saving packages without making the process feel like a sales pitch. This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. My cousin referred me to Trentino, and we spoke over the phone on a Friday and made arrangements to meet the following week at some point. Trentino was very kind, respectful and most important not pushy. My schedule opened up so I decided to visit the dealership on Monday evening. Trentino wasn’t able to see me that evening due to a delivery but he left me in good hands with Evan. My wife and I were able to test drive the vehicle and feel in love with the suv. I told Evan the options I needed and he was able to show us the vehicle on the computer. I narrowed it down to 3 models and went home to sleep on it. The next day I narrowed it down to two models then called Trentino. We discussed the numbers and came to agreement early Tuesday afternoon. They said the car would be ready for my pickup the following day and it was. Trentino and Evan made the entire process seamless. I’m still in disbelief. No bait and switch. Absolutely perfect!
