Luke was by far the best sales person iv ever had and that’s coming from someone who sold cars for years. Luke was responsive, he listened to exactly what I wanted and presented options only within my wa that’s coming from someone who sold cars for years. Luke was responsive, he listened to exactly what I wanted and presented options only within my wants. Little to no pressure. Luke continued his customer service after the sale with all my needs including picking my vehicle up and driving it for aftermarket add one so that I didn’t have to miss work! He offered, didn’t even have to ask. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you More

I was told I needed a transmission service! ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. I ask was a filter included and the Fellow said no just the fluid service. I have no actually what I expected but why not the filter be replaced. I suppose that is what Ford thinks it needs! But for $325 is excessive but I should have inquired prior to the appointment. More

Had some mechanical issues and the service department took care of them found an ongoing leak that wasn’t able to be fixed from a prior mechanic, but Smithville found it and no more leaks. Charged $950+ for tires, alignment and oil change and then didn’t place the value stem caps back on the vehicle. Charged $49 for shop materials but no explanation on the bill or at time of pickup. Did then didn’t place the value stem caps back on the vehicle. Charged $49 for shop materials but no explanation on the bill or at time of pickup. Did not replace the hardware kit on the splash guard under the car even though they were asked to. Also had to call 30 minutes before closing time to see if the car was ready. Poor service. Won’t use again. More
