There were a large variety of cars in stock and we found the right car to meet my Mother's needs at a fair price. The sales person, Evan Taylor, was a pleasure to deal with and what made the experience exceptional was the amount of time that was taken to help my Mom feel comfortable with her new car. The car's features were properly adjusted for my Mom and clearly explained. Never was there a hard sell approach taken in terms of trying to sell unwanted items or services and every step of the sales process was also clearly explained. Kudos to the staff for listening to our needs and showing respect. More

Only concern is the lack of effort put in by the detail department. I did a check of the outstide of the vehicle, and quick interior review. It looked cleaned. When I got home, I found that back of the car was not cleaned well. Found candy and crayons inside pocket...crayon drawings on speaker. Looks like the detail team did a great job put didn't crawl back into the third seat. Cleaned myself and got an apology from the dealer, but it is something they should have checked. More
