My plan was to trade in my trusty 2014 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid for another Crosstrek, either used or new. Nick DiFulvio, along with trainee Evan Whittier, discussed various options with me. It quickly beca Hybrid for another Crosstrek, either used or new. Nick DiFulvio, along with trainee Evan Whittier, discussed various options with me. It quickly became clear that a new 2024 Crosstrek was going to be the best fit for me. I had expected to visit all three of the Subaru dealers in the area, starting with Dean Team but a beautiful blue Premium model that had arrived at the dealer the day before checked all the boxes for me. The process was smooth and easy so there wasn't any reason to shop around. Nick and Evan were both professional, relaxed, unhurried, and fun to work with. We even shared photos of our respective fur-kids while waiting for my credit report to go through. I was driving home in my new Crosstrek about 3-1/2 hours after I arrived. Three days later I'm very happy with both the car and my experience at Dean Team. More
