I just drove away in my second Kia purchase from Paramount. I both cases I purchased from our of state, but this time it was due to the way the entire staff treated me. Josh Flowers prepared my estimate and test drive to align with a visit to Asheville where the dealership is located ( two hours from where I reside) .Once I agreed to the purchase, He then was able to prepare all of the paperwork and the exchanging of my trade with another road trip. Evan Woodward breezed me through all of the signing documents and then Shana Davis took over to give me a detailed tutorial of the new vehicle and Kia Connect. This dealership goes the extra mile and their service department is first class, dependable and thorough. I missed Amanda King this visit. She was amazing during my first purchase. More

My partner and I had the best experience at Paramont Kia this past holiday weekend! It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership *in my life* and I’m not exaggerating one bit. Being female a this past holiday weekend! It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership *in my life* and I’m not exaggerating one bit. Being female and buying a car can be a scary thing… from worrying about getting taken advantage of to feeling pushed around or pressured.. it’s all a little overwhelming and makes you just want to avoid a car dealership altogether. Especially as a female in a xxxxx relationship… it is even more challenging! Luckily, I was able to look through reviews of each of Paramount Kia’s sales people and choose the person that I wanted to work with. The person I chose was Alexa Keefe and I honestly feel like I won the car salesperson lottery for getting the opportunity to work with her!! She really put me at ease from the moment I walked into the dealership. I felt a sigh of relief when she warmly greeted my partner and I and welcomed us into her office. I never once felt pressured or uneasy when talking with Alexa. It was like catching up with an old friend who just has your best interest in mind. She is honest, knowledgeable, and funny. I can’t say enough good things about her. Evan made the whole finance process as easy and painless as possible… and I loved the new technology for document signing! It made things so easy for me. Shana is extremely knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles regarding the features of the new Telluride. My partner and I feel like we left with so many fun features to play with and customize. This tech beats the 2023 BMW that I just sold in January! The sales process from beginning to end was seamless. Alexa, Evan, and Shana all deserve raises and bonuses because they are so awesome at their jobs! Give them all the money! You won’t regret keeping this bunch around - they really know their stuff and make people feel welcome and comfortable making such a big purchase. You now have two more huge Kia fans in my partner and me. The Telluride is perfect - it sells itself, truly. This is coming from someone who was really only seriously entertaining luxury mid-sized SUVs. The Telluride has all the luxury features I wanted and more. I can’t thank Alexa, Evan, and Shana enough for helping me through this process! I’ll be recommending them (and Kia) to anyone buying a car who is willing to listen. :) More
