Terrible experience! My son took in one of the two trucks I own , both purchased from y’all, in for an oil change and was up sold to the tune of $720.00 😡. He agreed to the additional work suggested by representative, however, he had no idea what the cost would be. I know he wouldn’t have agreed to it if that was true! He regularly turns down that up charge stuff down at quick oil change places! I’m so disappointed that going forward I will have both my trucks serviced at other area RAM dealerships!! Only thing I will use y’all for is the prepaid oil change services! I’m a AAA member and I contemplating reviewing y’all on that site as well! More
