Anthony Grassini from the sales team followed up right away to understand our list of must-haves and prefer-to-haves then sent us a car we hadn’t seen on the website that was perfect for us and within a very fair price range. We made an appointment the next day, the quality of the car and customer service we received was unmatched and we walked away with our new car in less than 2.5 hours. Evelyn, the Finance Manager was also incredibly efficient, counseled us on warranty options in a visual way (super helpful for a visual learner like myself) and was so personable. SO happy with our purchase and will be exclusively buying VWs from this dealership in the future. More
