I was finishing up a phone call outside the dealership. Ezequias spotted me, came outside and introduced himself and right from the beginning all the way to the end, the service was absolutely fantastic. I visited the Hyundai dealership to trade in a vehicle from another dealer. I was expecting to purchase a pre-owned certified car, like a Honda, Toyota, or Lexus, as I wasn’t familiar with Hyundai. As I was walking around, I noticed a Tucson 2025 Limited in a dark gray. I informed Mateo about it, and he worked his magic in a short period of time. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and incredibly thorough. We even broke bread together! Then came Daniel, the accountant, dressed up like Cab Calloway, which was quite amusing. He was honest and straightforward, never pushing anything on me. He gave me options, and I chose the best one. Honestly, I had never considered buying a Hyundai before, but now I’m glad I did. Hi City World Hyundai is the best I went one day just to look at cars and Mateo came out and just won me over!! I winded up picking out the Hyundai Tucson. The steps involved were very easy.
