Diana has lowkey become like one of those distant relatives. We don't talk every day, but we're definitely hitting each other with the Merry Christmases, Happy Father's Day, Happy Mother's Day texts relatives. That's just the kind of relationship she's built over the years. This was my fifth car from City World Hyundai and my fourth with Diana, and somehow she still makes the whole process feel like you're just chopping it up with family instead of buying a car. What really stood out this time was that she was dealing with a serious family emergency, but she still made sure I was good from start to finish. She could've easily stepped away, and nobody would've questioned it, but she stayed, made sure everything was handled, and never made me feel rushed. That says everything about the type of person she is. She worked with me, we got the numbers where I wanted them, and by the end of the night I was driving off in a new whip. That's all I could ask for. No disrespect to anybody else at City World Hyundai, but Diana has been my go-to for four of the five cars I've bought there. As long as she's there, I'm not going to anybody else. That's family at this point. More
