My salesman Fabian Jimenez is the worst!! I didn’t particularly care for him when I was looking, but once one vulture depends on you you don’t get another. His lack of response to emails and texts aft particularly care for him when I was looking, but once one vulture depends on you you don’t get another. His lack of response to emails and texts after the sale has been despicable. He got his commission and no longer cared what happened Orin my case didn’t happen. He offered to have Lexus complete my dmv registration and my temporary license has expired and he hasn’t responded to any requests for clarification, updates, or assistance. I wish I went with the Audi since my experience with Lexus has been abominable. I won’t recommend him or the dealership. Once the ink is dry the customer service sucks. More

Fabian was great , love my car, however the difficulty of getting my trade in loan paid off decreased my rating of this establishment. It took several weeks to even get an answer as to why it hadn't occurred getting my trade in loan paid off decreased my rating of this establishment. The receptionist Donna was nice at first but after repeated phone calls because I had never spoken to a person, she made audible sighs and changed her tone of voice. Once I reached Jennifer, she really didn't answer direct questions, more of well this call on this date and trying g to shift blame around. Answers to my direct questions took a long ti.e to get out of her and I still have no idea what the original error was and who made it , as to why my payoff check was sent and not applied and why it took 3ish weeks for anyone to look at it. Again, love Fabian. My initial visit there was great Follow up needs work More

The NSG (not so good) - We requested the following work be performed on our car: 1) 6-month service - this was completed. 2) Rotate tires - requested fronts crisscross to back and rears straight up. This was not originally completed. They did redo the rotation correctly the second time. 3) Requested oil change and new filter. We were told that this was not completed because it's not covered under warranty until the 12-month service. I knew it wasn't covered and that is why I requested it. I expected to be charged for it. As a side note, I am very disappointed in Lexus as far as the quality of their overall warranty, and especially the first year free service offerings (or lack thereof). I received much better first year service on our Chevrolet pickup. More
