It was Fabulous!! From start to finish it wa outstanding!! Fabio was our salesman and he was superb from start to finish. He had us knowing everything inside and out of the vehicle before we drove away. Our finance guy (cant remember his name, Hes a Detroit guy) he was also outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable & comfortable Called 4 days ahead to make appmt & was able to secure exact time & date I was looking for, Upon driving up to garage, service consultant was right Called 4 days ahead to make appmt & was able to secure exact time & date I was looking for, Upon driving up to garage, service consultant was right there to greet me. Technicians were right on top of things (car) and I made my self comfortable in waiting area with good snacks and read the newspaper. My car salesman stopped by to say hello and check in. Service consultant found me when car was done and I was able to use a coupon to pay for part of service. Reviewed all the work that was done and, yes, my car was vacuumed & washed. Appreciate all the folks that serviced my KIA...thank you for a good job. More
