This was my fourth Suburban lease from this dealer. I spent six hours at the dealer to make this purchase it was so disorganized from the beginning,In all department's. They have the wrong address and phone number on my contract. I called to get it corrected stiff haven’t heard from anyone. Both are linked to my coverage plans. As now I am having issues creating my account set ups. They are supposed to schedule my vehicle for additional add ons that I requested during the purchase. Have talked to the salesman twice with no response. I felt like this was my dealer for many years. But after this I’m not sure I will go back. More
