Great staff, simple process! Staff was nice and process was fairly haggle free. Bought a car about a month ago for my teenage daughter and came here to have it serviced. The service staff was incredible and it was such a great experience that I decided to come back and buy a New Mazda! Everyone I have worked with - from sales to finance to parts and services - was exceptional! A great big thank you to the Elk Grove Mazda team!!!! More

Found my dream MAZDA CX5 in 24 hours and had fun buying it! I have to say that Garrett Oxnaes, my Mazda CX5 saleman Rocks! I'd been looking for a very special 2017Mazda CX5 that was very hard to find. Last week I have to say that Garrett Oxnaes, my Mazda CX5 saleman Rocks! I'd been looking for a very special 2017Mazda CX5 that was very hard to find. Last week, I found one via the internet at Mazdo of Elk Grove - exactly what I was looking for, so I emailed them late Wednesday night. The next morning, Garrett called me at 8:30 and not really knowing who I was, over the course of the day he held the car for me, gave me a good price on the car, sent me all the paperwork electronically so I could fill it out in advance, and by that same evening, I was the proud owner of the car I really wanted. She's a beauty and he made it all happen smoothly and easily in less than 24 hours. I live 2 hours away from the dealership but Garrett made the trip completely worthwhile. And he managed to explain how all the technology on the car works in the 2 hours or so I was there. He knows his stuff, made me feel relaxed, we had fun buying the car and I am extremely happy with the whole process. Garrett is the best and the team at Mazda of Elk Grove are wonderful. Thanks Garrett and Thanks guys! More

Ride with the eagles I wanted to indulge myself by purchasing a car for me. No family minivans, 4 door sedans, or pickup trucks. We are not wealthy by any means, but I wan I wanted to indulge myself by purchasing a car for me. No family minivans, 4 door sedans, or pickup trucks. We are not wealthy by any means, but I wanted something sleek and stylish. It was a choice between a Fiat Abarth or a MX-5. I visited the nearest Fiat dealer (25 miles away) and was not impressed by the sales person. He seemed indifferent to my needs. So I checked out my local Mazda dealer (3 miles away), and they had much more selections and colors. The sales staff was also very attentive and not pushy. What sold me was the reliablity track record of the Mazda brand and the special pricing that was advertised. I shopped around other nearby Mazda dealerships and they could not beat the price nor convenience factor of being local. I ultimately choose a new 2016 ceramic metallic MX-5. The car is beautiful and I get many compliments. The experience at the dealership outstanding and Grant was a gem and went above and beyond. Got the VIP treatment from Mazda USA corporate too. More

Elk Grove Mazda=Service above & beyond! I purchased my Mazda CX9, in 2012, from a friend's dealership in San Jose. My husband & I had recently moved to Elk Grove, so wanted to have my car se I purchased my Mazda CX9, in 2012, from a friend's dealership in San Jose. My husband & I had recently moved to Elk Grove, so wanted to have my car serviced close by. From the first time I went to Elk Grove Mazda, I was happy with the service received. My current service representative, Billy Shields, has been my favorite! He has been genuinely helpful, friendly, and has gone above and beyond his duty to meet my needs. My car has run smoothly this whole time. My husband & I travel often, & at the last minute, I've realized that I should make sure the car is reliable for a long drive...when I've called Billy, he has made room for me in his already busy schedule! I am so grateful to have Billy handling the services for my car, and trust him & those involved at Elk Grove Mazda, to meet all of my car's needs. Thank you to everyone involved! More

Great place to buy your next car. We found the used car we wanted on AutoTrader.com. It was out of my budget, so I reached out to Matt in internet sales. He researched it, and he said they would get as close as possible to our goal. We drove down from Tracy, not a bad drive and didn't realize how close they are to us. Since this is for my son heading off to college, we needed something reliable, economic and safe. Being a service adviser for a Toyota dealership myself, I was surprised that my son would want a Mazda 3, but soon found out why. We found the car to be sporty, yet very wallet friendly. From the first hello and handshake, through the process of coming to an agreeable deal and to the final goodbye and handshake, everything was perfect. Matt is personable, friendly and professional. Kyle in finance handled the paperwork like a pro. I headed into the Service Department, and was promptly greeted and had my questions answered for me. We bought a cool Mazda 3 license plate frame and the cashier was quite friendly as well. During the final delivery process, Matt took the car back to detail for a quick clean up, even though the car was very clean already. He even had the headlights polished for us! The last impressive thing that Matt did was help my son set up his bluetooth and showed him how the Pioneer Nav system worked. Everyone had a smile on their face and anytime we got within a few feet of someone we were greeted. You can FEEL the family type atmosphere when you walk in. The owner John has done a wonderful job with his team. We can DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Mazda of Elk Grove! Thanks again to Matt, Kyle and the entire team! More

Rx-8 Air Bag Recall service Brought my RX-8 in for the airbag recall, the appointment was for 1120am...the service was completed in less than 2 hours. Billy, the service writer Brought my RX-8 in for the airbag recall, the appointment was for 1120am...the service was completed in less than 2 hours. Billy, the service writer assured me that the job would be completed before 2pm, I was in my car at 140pm and on my way. I was also impressed with the comfort and amenities provided in the customer waiting area, My car was washed also, even though this was a no charge recall service. I am very impressed with the friendliness of all the employees that I came into contact with. More
