I scheduled maintenance for my truck 1 week prior to bringing it in. I was promised everything would be completed in 1 day. At 4pm, I called for an update since no one bothered to call me. To top this off, after asking for the service manager to call me, I have yet to have ANYONE contact me. It would seem that no one at Bill Dickason understands customer service.
