After my wife bought her car at EchoPark, when the time came for me to look for a new one, this was the natural option for me. The online inventory made finding a car quick and convenient. Kevin also took the time to explain everything to me in excruciating detail, which i greatly appreciated as a first time car financer. I was a bit disappointed that i couldn't use my personal bank's financing, but that is a reflection of my bank's policies, not EchoPark. I'm still glad that i went through the pre-approval process first, as Kevin was able to leverage that to help get me a better rate. All in all, i highly recommend EchoPark, and will most likely use them again in the future for my next vehicle(s). More

worst customer treatment ever. I will never buy a car from them again. We paid cash 23 grand and they left 1 quarter gas in tank. the salesman had the personality of a Mack truck. They did not supply a Carfax report and i had to pay 45 dollars online. The car smells musty and moldy which makes me believe it was in a Flood. It was from Florida Originally according to Carfax.
