I had a tremendous experience with Felicia at EchoPark Thornton. This was my first experience with a “no-haggle” dealership, and I was thoroughly impressed with the operation from beginning to end. Buying a car is such big decision in itself, let alone when you have a pushy sales person breathing down your neck. Felicia maintained a casual-yet-confident demeanor, which allowed me to make the decision that was best for me. I came to the dealership to drive a specific car, and quickly realized that it was much smaller than I anticipated. Felicia provided me with additional options, and I test drove a different car and fell in love with it. I went home that night without a car, but my mind was stuck at the dealership. When Felicia followed up with me, I knew that I could no longer put off the the inevitable. I was happy to give EchoPark my business. Once I came in to finalize the paperwork, the whole process only took about 90 minutes. I had an amazing experience with Felicia, and the next time I need a car, EchoPark will be #1 on my list. More

Upon arrival Felicia approached us with a smile and was immediately attentive to our interest in previsible a car. She showed us a few options then led us outside to the lot to check them out. She had to return inside a couple of times for different keys and never showed any hesitation or frustration in having to do so. We test drove two cars and decided on our option.
