I referred 4 people who ALL bought brand NEW 2013 vehicles including my husband and I both bought a BRAND NEW 2013 vehicle each: my father in law/mother in law who bought their car by our referra vehicles including my husband and I both bought a BRAND NEW 2013 vehicle each: my father in law/mother in law who bought their car by our referral in April 2013 and went back two months later, traded it in for another vehicle my mother who bought a car by our referral in April and then traded hers in another two months later my friend who bought one in June (whose check I am still waiting on) another friend who bought her car in August which I received. I am still waiting since June 16th, 2013 on my $100 referral check. I have called the one sales person I dealt with that I was told he was part of my friend's deal who shared that transaction. I have text, called and went in personally monthly asking about this money when I saw him, the asst manager of the dealership. my friend who bought her car asked her salesperson and still nothing. Last we were told when he says his next car I would get my money. Me personally if I worked on commission as he does and had not sold a car from June til now as I have yet to see that money, I would be finding myself another job. There are many more HYUNDAI dealerships from NPR to Clearwater and Wesley Chapel, I will not be referring anyone to this dealership again! Pretty sad waiting on a check of $100 when you did your part as the dealership made their thousands ($160,000 roughly if not more) and still have yet to pay out!!!!!!!!!! Upon writing this review, I was contacted repeatedly by the salesman, two managers repeatedly and another person via email. I did receive this check the following day of this review on October 9th, 2013 ( over 3 and 1/2 months later) which would have resolved this matter once it took place. If their dealership review was as important as their customer service satisfaction upon my first phone call, I would have never written this! Hopefully there was a lesson learned by all of this. More

The process was good overall- we visited the facility months ago when we began the shopping process. We knew which vehicle that we wanted to buy it was just the timing that we were waiting on. We were pregnant and waiting for the baby to get here. Baby showed up Friday so we came in to get a larger vehicle. Felix was very professional and available on the appointment time. He showed us the vehicle that we wanted and gave a great tour of the vehicle and test drive. Once we decided to move on and start with the financing process. Felix showed us the options that we were looking for. He listened and delivered specifically what we were looking for. We also explained our financial situation and what we could afford and it took some time but Felix was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted within the price range we set. At no point or time did we feel pressured or mis-lead. None of the negative cliche's about the car buying experiences took place. This was a very strong buying experience. I was able to provide my wife with a car that she can travel safely with my new baby. I am extremely happy with Felix and Hyundai of New Port Richey. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting into a new vehicle. More

My husband went to the dealership to try out the Elantra GT and when he came home he told me that I bought a new car. We went in the following day and finished up the paperwork. As always, the service and friendliness with which Hyundai of New Port Richey does business surpasses all others. I went in for service on my 2007 Tucson, and drove away in a 2013 Accent. I had test driven an Accent about a year ago, but was not ready to give up the SUV. Although I didn't intentionally plan to buy a new car today, after talking with Felix and driving the newer vehicle, I decided to treat myself to something new and improved. I really enjoyed my Tucson for 6 years/10 months, and it was dependable and performed well. I was not pleased with the trade in value, but I'm pleased with the new purchase and after a few days or weeks I'll be more pleased. I was there for 5 to 6 hours, which is a long time, but the dealership was bustling with customers all day long, so the time went quickly. Felix was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the products . It was a pleasure working with him. More
