He rolled with the decisions being made without hesitation! Fermin took his time with us to fine the car of our liking. We ended going with the first car he showed us but his patience was AMAZING!!!! Justin didn’t fail us either, with him knowing our family from previous sales the paperwork process was like nothing, bing bang boom and we were out within minutes from the entire deal. Very misleading Felt they were very misleading they also took points off gm card with no authorization or signed contract and still have not credited them back to my Felt they were very misleading they also took points off gm card with no authorization or signed contract and still have not credited them back to my card was very ready to buy drove down from indiana to buy online stated was new car but when they finally called with numbers it was higher then even online price and informed us vehicle had 4000 miles on it when we questioned the miles they stated it hadn't been titled so was technically new no new car has that many miles on it even when you lease a car there's a mileage cap of 12000 a year and this supposed new car already has 4000 without us never even have drove it. So we decided to pass. still not sure why they took the 10000 in points off card when they were never authorized to do so only thing was authorized was to verify but never to use when we didn't even have a contract or know of any final numbers when they decided to take them and it has been several.days and still have not corrected this and put our 10000 back on card very disappointed in this dealership and way they do business still never showed us how they got the numbers they came up with after us asking several times to see how they came up.with them. Never had any problems with gm.dealers in past and have purchased many vehicles but now am rethinking if even.using gm in future because of this experience we just bought new gm Chevy 5500 from dealership in indiana and never encountered the misleading and deceptive behavior from.this dealership who takes money from points off of a card with no contract no authorization no signature and after several.days still have not corrected this again this experience has left us questioning how gm dealers do business More
